Bem sei que o Remo Indoor é Off-Topic, mas como temos um colega que teima em ganhar concursos de remo, aqui vai:
PAULO REBELO TRIUNFA NOVAMENTE EM CONCEPT II
Terminou no passado sábado mais uma prova de Remo Îndoor, realizada pelo Santa Clara Fitness Club.
O evento era de 45 minutos, e foi disputado no já usual sistema de tentativas ilimitadas, com data fixa para término.
No último dia de prova (o gajo é rato...) Paulo Rebelo sentou-se num remo e só se levantou depois de perfazer 11554 metros, à média de 1'56''2/500 m, estilhaçando assim a marca de Pedro Melo (11050 m), que foi assim relegado para a 2ª posição.
Em terceiro classificou-se Carlos Beleza (sim, esse mesmo, das bikes também !), com 10957 m.
Fora do pódium ainda ficaram Joaquim Correia (4º), Rui Faustino (5º) e Luis Pacheco (6º).
Já teve inicio uma outra prova, de 5000 metros, a terminar no Carnaval.

Em circunstâncias normais, as provas do SCFC são apenas para clientes do ginásio, ou Sócios do Santa Clara.
Mas terei o maior prazer em abrir uma excepção neste evento, convidar a malta das bikes a vir cá dar umas remadas...
Até tenho curiosidade em saber qual o desempenho dos "craques" das 2 rodas, num remo...

Há uns anos pensei em fazer um Triatlo Indoor, com Remo/Spin Bike/Piscina, mas a parte da natação fica chata.
